Incorporating innovative NFC (Near Field Communication) technology, the app provides reliable and efficient Live Appointment Monitoring (LAM) so the care agency knows exactly where each care worker is at any one time.
When a new service user comes on board, simply install a QuikPlan NFC sticker in the care plan, which is stored within the service users home. Each time a care worker visits, they simply swipe their phone over the sticker as they enter and again when they leave. When the sticker is swiped, unique details programmed into the sticker are retrieved, along with the care workers mobile number, the date and time and the GPS location. This information is pushed back to the software programme so the care agency coordinators have the very latest information.

We knew we wanted to develop a mobile App to give greater access and functionality to our Home Care agencies and approached Ventutec to build the system for us using Near Field Communication technology. The QuikPlan Mobile App is now widely used by our agencies who are delighted with the increase in capabilities and accessibility it provides them. Ventutec developed the App to our specifications and continue to support us, providing updates and ongoing development when needed.
QuikPlan required creative designs to effectively display software features and service plans to potential new care agencies.
With a Marketing Campaign in mind the Ventutec Creative Design and Marketing team worked with QuikPlan to produce two company brochures for QuikPlan software and Call Compliance. The team delivered a new strapline, messaging, content and creative designs.
