Having sold their first business in 2000 for £2.45M to an AIM listed company, Names.co Internet Plc, they continued as board members and subsequently brought the business back in 2004 as part of a management buy-out. Through several acquisitions of similar domain and hosting businesses in the following years, the business grew exponentially. In 2007 it was decided to put the business up for sale; Namesco Ltd, the 4th largest ISP in the UK was sold to the Italian ISP, Dada SpA, for £24.5 million.
Over the years they have built a solid reputation for themselves and their businesses affording them a raft of strong partner, supplier and client relationships. This has led to many awards and accolades in the industry.
Keeping abreast of new technologies along with their loyal team, the new business is now seeing exciting growth, helped more recently by expanding into Smartphone App development.
