Countrywide have over 50 stores across the midlands, Wales, south-west and east, and an active e-commerce website. We have been fortunate enough to work with the internal marketing team on a whole range of projects and campaigns to drive footfall into store and increase sales.

To date, we’ve supported Countrywide with social media coaching, graphic design, Pay Per Click, proofreading and general marketing consultancy.

The Brief

With an in-house team of marketers, Countrywide needed an agency that they could rely on for additional support with graphic design, copywriting and proofreading. With a busy marketing programme, the turnaround times had to be very efficient to meet their deadlines.

Marketing Activities

LPG newsletter - As part of Countrywide’s commitment to communicate with existing customers, we refreshed the LPG newsletter sent to LPG customers on a quarterly basis.

Pay Per Click - We set up and managed several Pay Per Click campaigns on behalf of Countrywide to promote their LPG services and to support a range of instore and online promotions.

Social Media Coaching - Our social media experts have delivered a tailored programme of social media coaching to help develop a social media strategy.

Press Adverts - To support a series of in-store events we designed a suite of press adverts to catch attention and promote key details.

Proofing services - Following the design of an equine catalogue, we were asked to proof the catalogue to identify errors, inconsistencies and typos ahead of it being signed off for print.

Marketing Consultancy - We have worked alongside the in-house marketing team to develop detailed customer journeys and personas to inform internal strategic marketing plans.
